Dinosaur Cake

Hey everyone, check out a few pictures of my latest Dinosaur Cake.

 I was so excited about this cake and I could not wait to share the pictures.

Frozen Breakfast

 Every morning my husband and I would have breakfast together but when he went back to school, I knew waking up everyday at 5 AM to make him breakfast wasn't going to happen. I love my husband but I also love my sleep. His days are very long and I have to pack him breakfast and lunch. I thought about buying Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches but it wasn't worth the money. So I decided to make my own breakfast burritos and sandwiches instead. 

The whole process took me about an hour but I made enough for an entire month. 

Ready to learn how easy it can be to make your own?

 I cooked the sausage patties first, placed 6 eggs in a cupcake pan and placed in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. 

 I cooked 24 flour tortillas while the eggs where in the oven and while I cooked the scrambled eggs on the stove top. It took forever to cook the tortillas since we use the uncooked tortillas for Costco. 

I put Mayonnaise on the English muffins and then placed the egg, sausage and cheese on top. You can add any type of topping like salsa or sriracha.

 

 The breakfast sandwiches were the easiest part now onto the burritos. 

 

 It was hard to tell how many burritos I would be able to make. I used 10 eggs plus the sausage and cheese. I was happy it turned out to be enough for all my burritos. 

 

Items needed: 

Bun: English Muffin 

Flour Tortillas

Meats:

Sausage Patties 

Sausage 

Toppings:

Shredded cheese 

Slices cheese 

Mayonnaise

Variations:

Different buns, meats and toppings.

This past week we've created two new banners and now we are currently onto the next. It is always fun doing projects with my sister and now that we got little Liam, he defiantly keeps us busy. While my sister designs I am entertaining him and when Liam wants mama I am cutting and printing. We got a good system down so far.

Frozen Dog Treats

 My boy Zeus loves anything cold. We add ice to his water or give him some ice cubes to munch on and it also helps him cool down with this HOT summer.  

Although he is not always on his best behavior, I decided to make him some frozen treats anyways. 

These treats are so easy to make and only took a few minutes to put together.

Burger Cake!

Hi everyone, most of you may know that one of my biggest passions includes baking. I started baking as a little girl, my biggest inspiration was my mom. She would always make our cakes for our birthdays and I thought it was the coolest thing ever! I remember watching her as she took her time with each cake spending 6 hours at a time in the kitchen. At 8 years old I got my very own Easy Bake Oven and that's when I became a baker.

We've Fallen In Love

On October 4, 2015, Pastor was going to announce our engagement, but due to certain circumstances that did not happen. Instead on October 18, 2015 we finally got our announcement. However, that did not stop us from having our engagement party on October 4th. I knew I wanted a fall themed party and with Kelly's help, my wish came true. Here are a few pictures from the night, I wish I would have taken more!

 On September 19, 2015, Adrian Proposed! 

The day before, Adrian's mom called me and said they were picking me up the next morning to take me out to eat to a fancy restaurant. Only one thing popped in my head and I knew the day had finally come. I could hardly sleep that night, I was just so excited for what he had planned for us. The next day finally came and when the doorbell rang I opened the door to find him standing alone with roses. We got in the car and took off to start our adventure. I had no idea where he was taking me. We got on the freeway and he kept driving and driving. I constantly asked him "where are you taking me?" And he refused to tell me. About an hour into the drive I knew he was taking me to Sedona, Arizona. We finally made it to the destination, L'Auberge de Sedona. Where we had lunch next to a beautiful creek. After we finished eating he requested dessert. Which really surprised me, I thought we would walk around first or go somewhere else for dessert. Our waiter came with our dessert and as he sat the plate down he said "congratulations" I thought to myself for what? I look down and see the watch on the plate and I look over at Adrian and he's already on one knee when he says

 "Valerie will you marry me?"

I'm back!

Hi Everyone!

Most of you may remember me from my last blog Miss Valerie JoAnn. Well, a lot has changed from my last post two years ago now. Wow, time really does fly by. I wanted to take some time to explain why I stopped blogging. First, life was crazy busy and no, it has not slowed down but ultimately my number one reason for stopping was because of school. That story will come at a later time. I wanted to start blogging again after I kept getting inspiration, from Pinterest of course and after my friends kept asking why I stopped and that I should start up again. After taking some time to think about it I thought why not? I also kept debating if I should start from where I left off or start a completely new blog since I am married now and for other reasons as well. Oh yeah guys, I am a married lady now and that will be my first story.
